It is very easy to wait for something to go wrong within our bodies before seeking help. Everyday I help clients who have issues like depression, anxiety, stress, deafness, cancer and even organ failure.
Doctors in Ancient China would work for families and as long as the family stayed well the doctor got paid. If a family member got ill then the doctor would not be paid. This meant that the doctor would have to ensure that the family was always well, in order for him to profit.
You took the time out to ensure that your mind & body was in complete harmony.
You became your own doctor and did everything you could to ensure that you stay healthy.
Incorporate a regular treatment of Reiki Therapy to help with your bodies own healing resources. This will help to keep your mind and body well and help with sleeping patterns to ensure you are fully rested.
Come along to a meditation class to learn how to control your mind as apposed to your mind controlling you.
Join a Tai Chi or Qi Gong class. Tai Chi is a moving meditation and by giving your mind something to occupy itself with, you will then be able to naturally let go of any other worries and stress in your life. Whilst at the same time building your inner core strength, balance and co ordination.

To keep practices and each other safe,
we ask that you follow these guidelines.
On the day of your appointment if you have a runny nose, headache, sore throat fever, cough or are feeling unwell do not attend and inform your therapist.
Arrive on time and wait in your car or outside until invited in.
Keep your distance at all times from the therapist and any others within the practice as directed in government guidelines.
Wear a face mask if you wish. Your therapist may do the same.
Wash your hands on arrival or use the hand sanitiser provided.
Tissues are available to cover your mouth and nose if you cough or sneeze.
Covid 19 contact tracing confidentiality: please be aware that your therapist may be asked to release name and contact details of anyone they have been in contact with for more than 15 minutes.
