Tai Chi also known as Taiji.    English Translation - Supreme Ultimate

Although Tai Chi is originally a martial art it is mostly practiced in the west as a Chinese exercise for health.  The benefits of Tai Chi are enhanced balance, co-ordination & flexibility.  Tai Chi also helps to build core muscles.  It is classed as moving meditation and helps to calm the mind whilst working to your own comfort zone and your own pace at all times.

Tai Chi is known for many benefits, a lot of my students have told me that it has helped them with anxiety, stress, mood swings and pain relief as well as strengthening the respiratory and immune system.  I am pleased to have students who have trained with me since the beginning my journey as an instructor and use it as a tool for their overall wellbeing.

I work with Age UK SNF (Strictly No Falling) and thoroughly enjoy working with the elderly with seated Tai Chi and Qi Gong exercises in care homes.

I am available to do private sessions for people who can't travel or prefer the sessions to be in the privacy of their own home or gardens.  Please contact me for availability & pricing.
