28th October 2020

What a year. Today i am starting back at the community centre with my Tai Chi class. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we don't go back into lockdown. Tai Chi is such a great way to keep the body healthy. The zoom cloud has been a godsend and the summer has been good to us at the park.  It will be great to get back to some sort of reality.

A new start for 2020. Tai Chi & Chi Gong for people with balance issues and disabilities. I'm so looking forward to this new class.

6th September 2019

Had our first Tai Chi taster session down at Codnor Reservoir organised by the Cromford Canal & Codnor Reservoir Facebook Group. They are doing an amazing job tidying the canal up and such a wonderful group to be part of.

Tai Chi outside by the water at Codnor Res was just an amazing experience and I am looking forward to next week.

21st July 2019

What a wonderful day spent at the Wu Wei Wisdom Nature Workshop at Alderwasley.

We spent the morning learning about the the benefits of Qi Gong and how it works with Nature. Connecting to both the Universe/Heaven and the Earth. After a lovely lunch where everyone bought something to share with the group (the cake was delicious) we ventured into the woods to connect with nature and give the trees a big hug. Just wonderful!

15th July 2019

The meditation group today was quite intensive. A small group of 5 of us. It was very interesting to see the inner child in all of us and what she/he can throw at us. A wonderful opportunity to discuss the depths of the inner child and understand that we all have similar issues, just different coping strategies. How great it is to help each other on our journey. Finished off today with a very tasty Lemon Balm Tea from the allotment. Perfect.

24th June 2019

Ahh today I started my new week refreshed and ready. I had a fabulous day working alongside David and Alex Lees yesterday at their Golden Thread Workshop in Alderwasley (ok mostly I made tea and checked everyone was happy) as usual I loved every moment. The venue has stunning views over the Derbyshire hillside and is such a relaxing place for the workshop. The regulars are getting to know me now and it is great spending time with like minded friends. I have been helping David & Alex out at their retreats for a couple of years. Every time I do a workshop with them it is such an eyeopening experience and I come away feeling enlightened. If you would like to know more about Davids Golden Thread Therapy you can find them on You Tube. Just search Wu Wei Wisdom.

I have been working with David for over a year now on Taoism and Qi Gong and it's going fabulous. I intend to learn as much about Qi Gong as I possibly can. Qi Gong is all about cultivating energy. Defeat the warrior within before the warrior without.

19th June 2019

So here it is my lovely new Website. For years I have been planning a new website. The only thing that stopped me was the fear of failing and it costing me money. I also wasn't sure where to go. Well guess what I didn't even have to leave my living room. Two full days and here it is. So proud of myself :)

Now lets get something done!
